I read the Living Seedhange to mean it takes efft off the entirerit, not *just* efftive or overhealing. Seems like a buff to me.

If youonsider both the SRhange and the new SR glyph, it mostertainly is a dps buff. +36% damage > +40% AP, how mh of a buff I'm not sure but if I had to guess it would be in the +5% range of total dps. Primal Gore is a mh more signifant buff, at least for me. Rake and r make up about 35% of my total damage in raids and with averaging 50%rit (I'm usually a little above), that's an extra 15-17.5% irease in my dps. All ftored together I'm expting a boost of 20% to my sustained dps raiding! Blizzard stated the intent to buff kittty sustained dps without boosting our burst in PvP and thesehanges do just that by boosting our dots and SR. This should make feral one of the top raid dps sps in the game, whh is justified due to theomplexity of feral dps rotationsompared to other dpslasses. Blizzard has said before they try to reward more diffultcomplex dps sps with higher potential dps, justifation they have used as to why affltion has higher potential dps then the other 2 warlk sps. Given that affltionomplexity
is about on par with feralomplexity, it seems justified that feral dps should be very high for playersapable of maintaining the rotation needed to maximise dps. On the other hand, players notapable of juggling all the buffs and debuffs required end up with mh lower dps (example is a feral druid in my guild who struggles to maintain even half my dps in raids)
